Outreach Manager - Global Society of Young Physicists

We are currently recruiting volunteers for the Outreach Manager position to work at GSYP. The Outreach Manager at GSYP will be responsible for planning events and identifying, contacting, and securing speakers for these events if necessary. This includes researching potential speakers who align with the organisation's mission, reaching out to them, coordinating logistics, and ensuring they have all necessary information and support for their participation. The Outreach Manager will work closely with the Chief Executive to ensure that speakers are well-integrated into the event's agenda and that their presentations contribute to the overall goals of the event. This could be a way for you to gain valuable professional experience!
